Quick Start

Follow these steps to start using EasyRSVP:

Create an Account

From the EasyRSVP homepage log in or quickly sign up with Google. Start for free!

Design Your Invitation in Canva

Select a template from Canva library and create your design. After completing your design, use the EasyRSVP app within Canva App.

Tip 1: After completing your invitation in Canva, click the "View and Manage RSVP" button.

Tip 2: Claim your invitation by logging in from the opened invitation page.

Customize Your Invitation

Customize all features from the Settings menu on your invitation page:

  • Event date and time
  • Location information and directions
  • Maximum guest capacity
  • Background music
  • Custom questions (meal preference, allergies, etc.)

Share Your Invitation

Share your invitation with your guests:

  • Share via direct link on WhatsApp, email, or social media
  • Add to your website or any platform with embed code
