Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyRSVP digital invitation platform operated by WaspThemes ("Company," "we," "us") and available at easyrsvp.net (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. For material changes we will surface a notice in the product. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

The Service

EasyRSVP lets you create digital event invitations, share them with guests, and collect RSVPs. Some features are free; certain premium features are available through a paid upgrade. We continually improve and may add, remove, or change features at any time.

Account and Login

We use one-time passcodes sent to your email address for login. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for not sharing your login codes with anyone. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact us at support@easyrsvp.net.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post, upload, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create fraudulent events, run ticket scams, or otherwise deceive guests.
• Harvest attendee contact information for resale or for marketing outside of your own event.
• Organize events that are themselves illegal under applicable law.
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, chain letters, or otherwise misuse the RSVP or invitation features to contact people who have not opted in.
• Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload content that contains viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt or interfere with the Service.
• Try to access accounts, data, or parts of the Service that are not yours, including through scraping, automated tools, or any attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Use the Service to collect personal information from others except as the host of an event communicating with your own guests.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission.
• Use the Service if you, or the recipient of any communication you send through it, are subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that we believe violate these rules, with or without notice.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the invitation content, cover images, descriptions, custom questions, and any other material you upload or create on the Service ("Your Content").

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, format, and transmit Your Content solely to the extent needed to operate the Service for you and the guests you share the invitation with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that are phased out on our standard rotation.

You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We do not pre-review content but may remove anything that breaches these Terms.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including the website, design, software, logos, and the "EasyRSVP" name, is owned by the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

Notice of Infringing Content

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or another right, send a notice to support@easyrsvp.net including: (a) a description of the work or right you claim has been infringed; (b) the URL or enough detail to locate the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (e) a confirmation that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We will review and act on valid notices, and may remove content or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Payment

The basic features of EasyRSVP are free. Certain premium features for an invitation are available as one-time, per-invitation upgrades. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring billing. Prices shown on the website may be exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT); where applicable, VAT will be added based on your country of purchase.

All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Paddle.com. We do not store your credit-card or PayPal details. Your interaction with Paddle is governed by Paddle's own terms and privacy policy, and Paddle is responsible for the collection and remittance of applicable taxes.

Refund

You can request a refund within 15 days from the date of your purchase by emailing support@easyrsvp.net. This 15-day refund policy is unconditional and no specific reason is required, although feedback is appreciated to help us improve. This policy is offered in addition to any mandatory withdrawal right you may have under local consumer-protection law.

Once we receive a valid refund request we will start the refund within 7 days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method. All refunds are executed by Paddle.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, transactional email, mapping, stock images, analytics, and cloud computing. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service or any consequences of using it.

Programmatic Access and Integrations

EasyRSVP exposes a tool endpoint that lets external assistants and integrations create a draft invitation on behalf of a user. The endpoint is intended for legitimate, user-initiated requests. Operators of any integration agree that they:

• will only invoke the tool to reflect a user's actual, contemporaneous request;
• will not use tool output to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any machine-learning model that competes with the Service;
• will not reconstruct, persist, or analyze end-user chat logs or other conversational context from tool interactions;
• will not resell, sublicense, or rebrand access to the tool;
• will respect any quotas, rate limits, or access controls we apply, which may change at any time.

We may rate-limit, block, or revoke access to any integration that is abusive, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your specific needs. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. We may also discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
